This is my first video mountain biking. I was using my flip camera, so the quality is not great. It is a nice tour of McDowell Mountain Ranch and some of the trails that you can ride from your home.

Action Sports
Oh what a blast we had. But after working out with several of the girls my back was shot. I was pitching in the batting cage and picking up all those balls showed my age! Finally, I made them do all the work!
